What Starproof does

Starproof connects to your Google Business Profile, reads new reviews, and drafts a reply in your voice for each one. Replies to reviews at or above the star-rating threshold you set post automatically; everything below that threshold is held for your approval before it goes anywhere. You can edit any reply before it posts, and you can change your settings or disconnect your Google Business Profile at any time.

We don't guarantee that every generated reply will be perfect. You're responsible for reviewing your auto-post threshold and the replies that get held for your approval. Starproof is a tool to help you reply faster, not a replacement for your judgment about what your business should say publicly.

Your account and responsibilities

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Only connect Google Business Profiles you own or are authorized to manage.
• Don't use Starproof to post replies that are abusive, deceptive, or that violate Google's own review policies.
• Don't attempt to circumvent the approval flow for held reviews, or otherwise misuse the service in a way that could harm Starproof, Google, or other users.

We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical.

Plans, billing, and trials

Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and no card is charged until it ends. There's no free tier: after the trial, an active subscription is required to keep replying automatically. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancelling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current billing period. If a payment fails, we'll try again and let you know. Auto-posting is paused until it's resolved.

Content and ownership

Your reviews and the replies posted on your behalf belong to you and your Google Business Profile. By using Starproof, you grant us the license we need to read that content, send it to our AI provider to draft a reply, and post it back to Google, solely to provide the service to you.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Starproof is provided “as is.” We work to keep it reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we're not liable for the content of any reply that posts within the settings you configured, or for any action Google takes on your Business Profile. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Starproof is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Termination

You can close your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or Google's policies, or if required by law. On closure, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

[Governing jurisdiction to be specified by Starproof before launch. This depends on where the business is legally incorporated, which we don't have information about.]

Changes to these terms

If we make a material change to these terms, we'll email the address on your account before it takes effect. Continuing to use Starproof after that point means you accept the updated terms.
